 NEWTON'S THIRD LAW OF MOTION

IntroductionNewton's laws of motion relate an object's motion to the forces acting on it. Each law of motion Newton developed has significant mathematical and physical interpretations that are needed to understand motion in our universe. The applications of these laws of motion are truly limitless.Newton's Third Law of Motion states that any time a force acts from one object to another, there is an equal force acting back on the original object.

Objectives :

  • To define action and reaction
  • To demonstrate relation between action and reaction
  • To state Newton's third law of motion
  • To cite real life examples related to Newton's third law of motion
